We are excited to announce the launch of Partnerplace, a Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform designed to enhance collaboration between vendors and their business partners. This initial release includes a suite of fundamental features to streamline partner and lead management with flexibility to make the platform feel like your own!

Vendors - Key Features

Partner and lead management

• Partner list: View and manage a database of business partners with filters for country, city, partner manager, and status.

  

• Lead list: Track potential business opportunities, manage lead details, and follow up effectively.

  

Invitation system

• Invite partners: Easily invite new partners by entering their name and email.

Commission management

• Commission Types: Create and manage various commission structures, including one-time fees and recurring commissions. Assign commissions at the partner tier, partner, or lead level.

  

Customizable admin panel

• General settings: Configure system currency, update company details, and manage the main administrator's credentials.

• Partner types and tiers: Define partner categories, assign tiers (e.g., Gold, Silver, Bronze), and configure commission structures for partners.

• Lead forms: Create custom lead forms or use the default CHAMP (Challenges, Authority, Money, Priority) framework.

• Branding: Customize your company logo, color schemes, and fonts to align the portal with your brand identity.

Public directory

• Showcase your partners: Easily attract new partners and showcase your current partners via a public URL. Select which partners you wish to showcase publicly and which you would rather keep yo yourself.

• Create and manage leads: Add new leads, update lead information, and track the status and potential value of each lead.

User Management

• Add users: Invite team members to join your partner profile, with options to define roles and permissions for better collaboration.

Known Issues

• Responsiveness on smaller desktop screens: we are still working on optimization of responsiveness for smaller desktop screens (from 1024-1280 px), if your screen is this size, you may not get the best user experience yet. We advise to use zoom functions in your browser (ctrl/cmd + “-”) as a temporary measure, this issue should be resolved within the next weeks.
